Hold between 150 and 160 for one hour. Strain grains and sparge with 1/2 gallon 170 degree water. Add extracts and honey and bring to a boil. When boiling, add the Willamette and half of the Kent Goldings (1/2 ounce). Boil 60 minutes total. At 15 minutes left, add the other half ounce of Kent Goldings. Stop at 60 minutes and steep the Fuggles for 5 minutes, then strain out. Cool wort, pour into fermenter, and top to 5 gallons.
